Note: The University of Hong Kong has two buildings named after the late Run Run Shaw: Run Run Shaw Building and Run Run Shaw Tower. The conference will be held in Run Run Shaw Tower.

Keynote lectures, paper and poster presentations, workshops, and reception will take place in the Arts Technology Laboratory (RRST-4.35) and the Faculty Academic Conference Room (RRST-4.36) of the Faculty of Arts, both of which offer a stunning view of Victoria Harbour and Belcher Bay.
For convenience, attendees are advised to book accommodation near the HKU MTR station

3. Important Information
Wi-fi connectivity: Eduroam (an international roaming service) is available on HKU campus. This service can be used only if you have an account at your home institution. No guest account can be provided.

ATM: (Hong Kong Dollars cash) is available on campus at Bank of East Asia. To access this machine, take the lift to the ground floor of Run Run Shaw Tower and walk across to the Bank of East Asia branch located on the southern side of the Centennial Campus.
Reception and Opening Ceremony of the Arts Tech Lab: A special conference reception and the official opening ceremony of the Arts Tech Lab will take place on Friday, January 17, at 19:00.
On-campus rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited on HKU Campus.
4. Transportation
By MTR (Mass Transit Railway): University of Hong Kong is located at the HKU (香港大學) MTR Station, on the Island Line (blue color).

By Taxi: International visitors who wish to get to HKU campuses by taxi from the Hong Kong International Airport may drop off at:
